It works for all hair types and textures, including colour-treated and extremely damaged hair, and is safe for extensions.

Shampoo with a non-conditioning shampoo, such as K18 PEPTIDE PREP™ or DAMAGE SHIELD™. Skip conditioner before the mask.
Towel-dry hair until it’s damp, not dripping.
Start with 1 pump, or less for short or fine hair, and add more only as needed. Work through mid-lengths and ends with your fingers.
Wait 4 minutes.
Do not rinse. Style as usual, with or without heat, and add your usual styling products after the 4 minutes.
How often: For very damaged hair, use for 4 to 6 washes in a row, then every 3 to 5 washes to maintain results.
For maximum results: Follow with K18 Molecular Repair Hair Oil, waiting another 4 minutes before styling.

When you book a hair service, you always have the option of adding a hair mask, which is always targeted to your specific hair goals / hair type. We also offer scalp detox treatments in order to help combat product build-up and other minor scalp issues.

Our specialists have over 10 years of experience in haircare and they hand-pick the most effective products on the market, doing the research so you do not have to.

Shipping

We ship from our flagship location in Toronto.

We do not currently offer worldwide shipping.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.

Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 – 5 business days.

TMPT(D) offers FREE shipping within Canada on ALL orders over $ 89. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $ 89.

We also offer local delivery within the city of Toronto for a flat rate of $10, delivery time 1-2 business days.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
