SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 – 5 business days.

TMPT(D) offers FREE shipping within Canada on ALL orders over $90 CAD.
Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $90.

We also offer local delivery within the city of Toronto.
Flat rate is $10, delivery time 1-2 business days.

We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

ONLINE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
