DAMAGE SHIELD™ pH Protective Shampoo is your everyday defence against damage. It’s formulated with the patented K18PEPTIDE™ and a pH-optimized base, so it cleanses thoroughly without stripping. It also protects the health of both your hair and scalp, with healthier-feeling hair and scalp after just one wash.

DAMAGE SHIELD™ is designed for frequent washing. For a deeper, occasional clarifying cleanse, pair it with K18 PEPTIDE PREP™ Detox Shampoo. This shampoo was previously called K18 PEPTIDE PREP™ pH Maintenance Shampoo, and the formula is unchanged.

Wet hair thoroughly.
Apply a small amount to the scalp and massage into a lather.
Gently work the lather through the lengths.
Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed.
For best results: Follow with K18 DAMAGE SHIELD™ Protective Conditioner.
For repair: After shampooing, skip conditioner and apply K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask instead. Wait 4 minutes, then condition with DAMAGE SHIELD™ if you like.

Our specialists have over 10 years of experience in haircare and they hand-pick the most effective products on the market, doing the research so you do not have to.

Shipping

We ship from our flagship location in Toronto.

We do not currently offer worldwide shipping.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.

Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 – 5 business days.

TMPT(D) offers FREE shipping within Canada on ALL orders over $ 89. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $ 89.

We also offer local delivery within the city of Toronto for a flat rate of $10, delivery time 1-2 business days.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
