Sanitize: Soak the roller head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5-10 minutes before and after use.
Cleanse: Wash the target area (face or scalp) thoroughly and pat dry.
Roll: Gently roll over the skin 4-5 times in each direction: horizontally, vertically, and diagonally. Do not press too hard; it should not be painful.
Lift: Lift the roller after each pass to avoid creating "tram track" marks.
Apply Serum: Apply a serum (e.g., hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, or hair growth serum) immediately after to maximize absorption.
Aftercare: Clean the roller again, store in its case, and avoid direct sun exposure.

When you book a hair service, you always have the option of adding a hair mask, which is always targeted to your specific hair goals / hair type. We also offer scalp detox treatments in order to help combat product build-up and other minor scalp issues.

Our specialists have over 10 years of experience in haircare and they hand-pick the most effective products on the market, doing the research so you do not have to.

Shipping

We ship from our flagship location in Toronto.

We do not currently offer worldwide shipping.

Message us ASAP if you need to make changes to your order and we will do our best to accomodate.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Canada Post.

Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 – 5 business days.

TMPT(D) offers FREE shipping within Canada on ALL orders over $ 89. Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders under $ 89.

We also offer local delivery within the city of Toronto for a flat rate of $10, delivery time 1-2 business days.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

All of our manicure tools are disinfected in a UV machine after every client and all of our haircare and hairstyling tools are also disinfected after every client.
